I love my new stackable washer dryer! Overall, efficient and polite service. Recommend the product and recommend Best Buy. A piece of advice, though: when ordering a delivery, be SURE to ask if they ve ordered the items necessary to do the installation. I didnt know to do that, and had to reschedule the delivery after the items necessary for installation arrived. It all worked out in the end, but be advised.

I have had this for around three momths now. It doesnt look like it would be able to wash a very big load, but it can actually handle my queen comforter with room to spare. The price is a bit much for it, but it does do a great job. It is also a lot quieter than I expected.

Easy to use and washes them clothes well. The dryer works fast.

I got it a few months ago and I love it!!! Since day one. So quiet and with the app even better ! I always forget about the washer and I always get notified when it’s done! Highly recommend

We LOVE our washer/ dryer combo! It is super a great model. The stacked option frees up so much space in the laundry room. The washer has a huge capacity which is great for dirty farm clothes! It gets everything super clean. I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

Very happy with LG Washer and Dryer. Easy install. Clothes are very clean. Adjusts to all types of clothes, bedding, and even has small load drying.

This stylish unit is easy to operate with controls that are user friendly. The washer has good capacity for my heavier loads and the dryer is easy to load although not as easy to unload if your arms can’t reach inside. This is a tall stack. Love my new washer/dryer!

The value we got on this washer dryer set was awesome, picked it up at the best but outlet and saved about 40%. Cannot complain about it at all and works well on top of saving space

The washtower is amazing, nice all in one package! You will need to buy extras as in new hoses and an extra hose for steam drying. It is also on the heavy side at 300lb plus so have help

I was skeptical at first about getting a WashTower, but no more. This unit has exceeded all my expectations. It only takes up a small footprint in my laundry area but still does a great job cleaning and drying. And even though it sits just around the corner from my living area, I can barely hear it.

So glad we purchased the LG Wash Tower!! Very efficient settings, the washer & dryer communicate load details to one another, small footprint, very quiet, and I can reach all the controls!

Looks nice. I'm happy with it's performance. My criticism comes from lack of choices in settings.in a pre-set mode I can't change the heat setting or spin cycle to what I want. There isn't even a rinse/spin cycle only mode. You can't know this unless the floor model is plugged in & turned on. The associate tried to find a picture of the control panel on line, but the only one he found was illegible, as it was taken at an angle. So I pretty much use only one cycle on both washer & dryer so that I can choose the heat/spin/time of the cycle. For example, on one of the pre-set cycles the time was 1 hour & 5 mins. I changed it to timed dry for 40 mins, selected "very dry" it worked perfectly, saving me 25 mins. of drying time.
