I love the combo. Easy to use. I love the touch panel as well. The quality of clothes being cleaner and the dryer dries the clothes faster than my old dryer. I love the color and easy to clean.

It fits in our small laundry closet in our condo. It’s nice and quiet. We had a little trouble because the delivery guys switched the hot and cold water inlets, but once we figured that out it was a pretty easy fix.

I was somewhat hesitant about ordering this appliance. However, with Best Buy's reputation and the additional support items I could purchase, I took a leap of faith. I replaced a washing machine and regular dryer which were stacked and made it nearly impossible for me to reach/read the controls on the top. So far I am pleased with the WashTower, Controls for both appliances are in the middle band. Water temps, soil level, type of items being washed and spin cycles, are easy to control and it has auto controls for convenience. I particularly love the extra rinse cycle. So far so good for me.

We love our new washer /Dryer combo. They are very efficient, save water/ need much less soap. They get things cleaner than our old washer / dryer

I love her! This has been the most amazing washer and dryer I have ever had. Not only is the machine gorgeous but it is fast and efficient. I wash lots of laundry and this machine cuts down on the time and makes it fun!

We’ve had our LG washer/dryer for about a week now. I’m still getting used to the dryer functions out clothes have came out damp a few times. I like it overall. It is a little expensive compared to getting stackables, but this unit is shorter which is what we needed.

I absolutely love this washtower! I love the control panel and all of the additional wash dry settings on the app. It gets my clothes cleaner than my previous washing machine.

I love this wash tower. My only complaint, and I can’t figure out why they don’t include it, is that the steam kit has to be purchased separately!! When I checked out I selected every option available to complete my purchase and the steam kit was not even offered separately... I assumed it came with the unit only to find out that now I have to go buy it at Best Buy and figure out how to install it myself. The geek squad would’ve installed it for me if I had purchased it in advance, which I certainly would have if I had only known they were advertising a feature that they were not supplying! Not good LG, not for a $2000 washer and dryer!

I love this LG Thin Q set!! It is so quiet and the options are amazing. I'm able to wash and dry all my California king bedding which my old set was too small to do.

We needed something that would fit in a small area and this fit perfectly. The controls are perfect being in the center rather than having to reach to the top for the dryer controls. It works great and looks great too.

I do love my washer machine the only problem is I brought mine opened back thinking it was returned due to the dent on the right side so I’m checking it out it seems fine till I get it delivered and it rocks very loud on the spin cycle and that’s probably the real reason it was returned so I feel played and wish to get a replacement on you guys cause it doesn’t say on the open box product make lots of noise while washing

This is a great product for a really good price. Super quiet and easy to use. Have had this product for over a year and it works like it's new.

Bought this to replace an older LG that we were very happy with. But this set has blown our socks off! Whites are whiter using the same detergent. It dries faster, too! Just can’t say how pleased we are!
