Very high-quality functions with low noise level. The built in intelligence necessitated added separate electrical outlet.

Being in the market for a stackable washer dryer and also being short I was left with no choices that would not have required a step stool to reach the dryer knobs.
I came across this beauty here at Best Buy. One piece- washer and dryer.
The touch screen for both units is located in the middle so I have no problem reaching it. Genius!
Works very well. Not being separate pieces either unit crashing will mean buying something else is the only reason it got 4 stars. Got the extended coverage thru geek squad also.
Pretty stinkin happy.

Now that I am retired, I’ve been getting more familiar with the unit and have actually realized I had not been do longer right. When I first started with the front load and was disappointed with all the wrinkles, but now I know the trick - low heat and smaller loads. Because of the tower I think the washing machine is loud. Other than that, I really like it and the speed. I like that it doesn’t eat up my whole laundry space.

Love this item! So sleek and looks so good in my new basement laundry room. Works great and love the controls in the middle instead of stacking a washer dryer on top of each other. Best Buy delivery went well and the guys were able to get it down the stairs to the basement. A plus!

This is the review for the product. The delivery and set up was awesome, thanks best buy!
The washtower is the perfect size for my laundry closet (not even close to a room).
The Pros:
Compact
Cleans and dries well
Stainless steel drums
Traps lint well in both machines.
And Cons:
Forget remote control UNLESS you touch and hold the remote button every single time. This stinks if your not home or didn't before you left and if the cycle ends and you want to maybe fluff it or add a rinse the remote cancels as soon as the cycle completes.
You can't truly use the system without the app.
The app doesn't let you change the water temp or spin on most settings. I have 2x washed clothes in temp too high bc the default setting took over. My adult sweaters/ clothes look like it was purchased from the kids section.
Overall I find the washtower perfect for my small space and that is the only reason I "upgraded" from my previous front load washer and dryer. I have more room but more headaches with the new "smart" washtower is not without sacrifices.
A remote start, preset before you leave the house and only for one cycle...NOT worth it if you don't have a small cramped space.
