    I ordered this as a Christmas present. When it was opened up we found out it was missing parts (the meat thermometer). Best Buy requires me to package it back up and return it for an exchange to get the part that should already be in the box that they sold to me. I will not be buying from Best Buy again. They never should have sold me an item that did not have all the parts in the box, and to fix it they should ship me the missing part at no charge. Poor customer service.

    I have GAINED 20lbs of who knows what since the day I realized I can have steak in 10mins!!! This product has eliminated my ability to uncover the grill, turn propane valve on, heat up and scrape off grates. Just remember, you can pull a muscle but you can NEVER PULL FAT. Live life and get you one.

    So far I like it but really needs to come with a recipe book. Just even for the most basic stuff like French fries , chicken wings , hamburgers , hotdogs etc etc
