The machine is great.I ordered online and picked it next day curbside. It Was flawless

I ordered this washer on 01/01/2023. There were 0 reviews because this washer was new on the market, and my washer was built on 01/14/2023. Washer was delivered 02/10/2023, and I have been disappointed in that this washer needed a repair within the first year. Now, 7 months later, the same problem has occurred, and I am currently waiting to have it repaired. Machine stops draining water, then whatever you have in the machine is held hostage because the door remains locked. I tried all of the troubleshooting advice, and there is nothing that can unlock the door until the water is drained. I regret purchasing this washer. Also, some features that are missing is there is no place to add fabric softener, absence of a rinse & spin cycle, which I really miss from previous washers. Also, I had seen other reviews where it is mentioned that the water level option is not always accurate. I am very disappointed because I had heard many praises for Maytag products, and I looked forward to owning my own Maytag washer. I can verify that this model of the Maytag washer is not a good one. Owning a new washer that needs 2 repairs within 2 years has been a great inconvenience.

The washer is great. It’s washes big loads really good. Two issue is that it is very loud and the buttons to start get wore easily because it’s so hard to push down

This a great working washer. But that is what I expected its a Maytag. My last one was twenty three years old.

Bestbuy Geek Squad are well qualified techs. They were reassuring and on spot identifying the problem. They also educated on how my washer works. Excellent.

We were concerned about not having an agitator that swirled around, but gave the Maytag Efficiency top load washer a chance and we were happy we did. This washer is quiet and seems to be doing a nice joy with washing our clothes. The 2 things I don't like is the fact it is locked once the washer has started and the drum seems pretty big and it is easy to pack too many clothes in at one time. The machine works great even if it is full...but I prefer to have smaller loads .

Everything about the washer is good. It is easy to work with the only issue is that is is too noisy

This washer is so nice. I love the setting dials the complete operation I was able to catch on to so quick. And this was actually the best price I could find this particular washer for. I also loved the availability. I will definitely be back for more shopping at Best Buy appliances.

If you’re looking for a good, dependable washer that cleans clothes really good. This washer is the one to purchase. It’s not a fancy washer, but who needs fancy?

Good family size washer. Able to fit numerous hoodies (my boys favs) plus dirty sports uniforms with no problem.

I love my new washer! After having our pair of 38 year old (original) maytag washer and dryer set finally gave out, we got these and they are wonderful so far!

This machine is very loud and goes off balance all the time.

waaaaaay more reliable the front loaders. We went to a front loading washing machine from Whirlpool bc we kept hearing about how much better they were and bought into all the hype a few years ago. After only 5 years, there was so much mold trapped on the door and lining from the poor design of the front loaders and it finally gave out on us. We decided to go back to traditional top load type and are happy with this Maytag. I've learned with all major appliances that less is more. When these companies try to get super fancy with these wifi, app connected, TV model type of features, it just breaks down that much easier. Go with this old tried and tested brand and style of washer if you want to save yourself some headaches.

Very happy with this washer. It is a high quality system that I was sold on from the sale person at Best Buy. It is very nice and does a great job washing clothes and towels. Definitely a great product that I am happy that I purchased from Best Buy. Thank you!

So far this machine is excellent clothes are washed and rinsed like a champ. Would definitely recommend this to all.
