    PLS DONT BUY it from BestBuy as they don't have any support for repairs. I bought this thinking it will be of steady built quality but enjoyed only for 3 months and later started giving issues such as throttling wont work even if you increase to 3 levels of speed. If this itself is not working then we should not be buying such an Expensive Electric Bike. This impacts the pedal assist ride and becomes tough to ride it in the uphill roads. Next time, I WONT be purchasing such as expensive item without any protection plan. Inspite of being "Total Tech Member" this benefits doesnt apply to E-bikes and BB doesnt help it either. Kindly buy this directly from the manufacturer or online like Amazon with some protection plan.
