My previous LG washer lasted 14 years. So bought the new digital version and was surprised how quiet it was and seemed to wash faster than my previous model. Overall happy with this washer. Would highly recommend it.

It is so much more quiet than the LG we had that was about 14 years old. It is working great, but better than that, the folks who delivered it were top notch-- and could not have done a better job getting it hooked up and taken care of.

It is easy to use, efficient , and saves water. I have applied for a rebate through Water Smart LA, and since it is on their list I'm expecting to be approved. I bought it on fthe Fourth Of July sale, so the value for my money is great.

One take away is the odor build up from the drum. It sours quickly and requires a clean cycle run or a cleaning tab weekly.

Big washer for small money

Also I like the newest update which allows to change the end-of-cycle melody :)

Performance was excellent quiet and does the job as intended and exceeded our expectations we should have bought this a long time.

Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the start button doesn't always start on the first try. Have to push it multiple times to get it going.
