We've had great luck with our previous LG washer and when it started acting up we researched and this seemed like the best option for our family of 5. This machine has been in use for a about a month and it ia awesome. Our previous washed was 10yrs old and it is crazy how much better the new machine cleans. It is super quiet and the auto dispenser works great.

Love the way the washer looks and no fingerprints, also has many functions big capacity and small load as well. Door barely gets wet prevents mold build up. User friendly.

Very powerful yet quiet washer! Works even better after updating software via LG ThinQ app, which guides the users on when and how to do routine maintanance. Great product. Unfortunately, delivery logistics by Bestbuy web order were a nightmare, with mutliple delays and zero explanation. Local Bestbuy agent and senior staffs were able to help us get the delivery made after several days of delay. Bestbuy website order needs to up their standards on customer communication.

LG washer is exceptionally awesome! There are several features. This is our first experience using front load washer and it cleans the clothes very well.

I have only had this for a few days now and it is amazing! First time having a front loader and it’s so easy to use and the options are wonderful. I love the fact that I don’t have to keep putting in detergent. Clothes come out clean and washes in 30 mins! I am now looking into purchasing the pedestal.

We had an old top loader washer that has been around for too many years although it “still worked”, I knew it wasn’t cleaning our clothes as efficiently as we needed. Our dryer ended up breaking so we took the opportunity for a bundle deal and upgraded our washer. By far it has been working fantastic. I do smell a difference in my clothes. I also feel a huge difference in the texture of the clothes. Aside from the feelings of the wash, another thing we like is the auto detergent dispenser. I don’t like wasting detergent and so far this has been helping.

So efficient, would buy nothing else! This machine is very quiet and cleans in half the time of my last machine.

Replaced a 15 year old front load LG for this version. Steam functionality alone is worth it (allergy sufferers in our home and noticeable difference). Clothes are brighter and does it in less time. Love it gives time to done. WiFi functionality I'm sure is cool. Haven't connected at this point!
