beautiful design, good space. I love the inside design and layout. Not fingerprint resistant. The reason I am giving 3 stars is the doors are not well aligned. One door is taller than other. Geek squad called. The mechanic said Kitchen-aid refrigerator has this issue. It can't be fixed. I didn't want to return because it is a lot of hustle. Now I have to live with it. It is not a huge deal. I don't except Kitchen-aid to have this issue because it is a high end brand

This is a great American made French Door Refrigerator. There is more than enough space for our need like the Ice and Water Dispenser. My rating AAAA++++

The review has more to do with the installation by Best Buy than the actual unit. The installers dented a door and broke off a bolt head while putting it in. They tried to cover up the broken bolt that holds on a door but I caught it. Best Buy is replacing the whole unit tomorrow (after 2 weeks). The only thing wrong with the refrigerator is that ever time you close the door, a component in the bottom somewhere rattles. Can't find it so it's inside the mechanics. Hopefully the replacement doesn't have this issue and it was part of the poor job the installers did the first time around

One week after delivery I needed a repairman to fix some rattling sounds. Its been a couple of weeks since and so far so good. I did however, get an extended warranty just to be safe.

Love our new fridge! The black stainless steel looks so nice and love the upgraded look inside! The fridge! Would definitely buy again!!

Absolutely love it . Space , design , smooth shelf and drawer pull out . Freezer is well designed for storage space and ease to get items .

Beautiful quality appliance but was initially noisier than other refridgerators I've owned. Initially it was making a loud irritating noise after doors had been opened for an extended time which I believe was the compressor running continuesly. I was able to quite this noise after removing the front floor panel and gently adjust the coils slightly. They had possibly been jarred out of their proper position during shipping. We have the full line of this Kitchenaid appliance (dishwasher, oven/microwave combo, cooktop & vent hood) for over 5 years with no problems or complaints. We finally got around to purchasing the fridge about a month ago. Hopefully the refriderator will give us the same results.

We bought this refrigerator to replace a 15 year old Whirlpool refrigerator that served us well. The updated design of this new KitchenAid is outstanding. This refrigerator holds A LOT. The pictures on the website don't illustrate how deep the door shelves are. Very happy with this refrigerator. Solid design and manufacture.

Love my new fridge. It is so bright you can find things in it. The water dispenser is amazing, you can set how many ounces you need and it does it for you, it also fill really fast. Its capacity is a lot more than my old one but doesn’t take up much more space. The delivery crew was efficient and professional.

Bought mine as a display unit, got it installed and had a leak in the icemaker. Best Buy came out and fixed it and it works perfectly. Great features. Would recommend

Not happy with Best Buy! We waited two weeks for delivery of our new refrigerator and when it got here it was damaged. When they told me it would be another two weeks to get it, they assured me that I would receive a discount for the inconvenience. That never happened and we aren’t sure we got the refrigerator we bought and paid for over a month ago and never did get the compensation that they promised. When my wife called to complain that the refrigerator was not balanced they said was it within 15 days, which totally took her by surprise! It was within the 15 days, they sent her to the Geek Squad and then put her on hold for over 10 minutes, she got upset and hung up. Long story short, they never called back and we don’t think we got the right refrigerator as it doesn’t have the marinating tray. Now to top it off it’s on sale for 800.00 less than what we paid. Is the refrigerator we got a unit used to be a cheaper option for a sale price??? Really not a happy client. I spent close to 10,000.0 dollars and we are disappointed in what has happened. I will probably never darken their doorway again.

Love everything about this refrigerator. Well lit interior and shelf’s easily adjust if needed. Vege drawers are roomy and keep produce at optimum temp so they last. Quality too to bottom. Great tasting water and ice thru the door. Matches my double ovens too!

We love our new fridge. It looks bigger then our old one, but it’s the same size

So far, the new refrigerator is working very well. We are pleased with the way it makes ice with little noise. The drawers all work well and hold more items than our previous refrigerator. High quality.

This is a good build model with very well designed compartments. One of the best features is the water filter that has a long life and is very safe for a community with aging pipes. The ice maker is only productive enough for two people on a hot day, though.

Very nice refrigerator looks good our New Home. I know We made a great choice.It’s very spacious in side,& have the right amount of separate compartments.

Obsessed with this fridge! We love kitchenaid products so it’s no surprise we love our fridge. The ice maker keeps up and the measure counting feature is a favorite in our house.
