omg I add many screens and many windows up and i can Edit my videos and stream multiple browsers and have multiple games and programs and videos on at the same time makes multitasking a breeze and I've yet have to use the OverDrive turbo system that is built in which is for keeping it cool and forcing the computer to run faster and keep itself cool never had to use that feature yet but it's there if I need it all my editing videos I have to do are super fast even in 4K quality I have nothing but high appraisal for this Alienware even the monitor's refresh rate is 400 and something I'm just completely amazed

Cons: Heavy and runs a little hot but I knew this going in. There is a BIOS setting I can change to have it run cooler. Other wise a good computer. I am not sure about battery life.

Got $850 in Best Buy gift cards from work as part of our rewards program after the discount sale at Best Buy and that only cost me $1k. Works great! Heavy as heck and battery life is not much, but it's a performance computer. More of a portable than a laptop, but it is exactly what I wanted. Nice expansion for drives two different SSD M.2 hook ups beyond the included drive. Included drive is a nice performer. RAM can go to 64Gig which is nice.

This laptop has the perfect screen size and power to keep up with my architectural renderings. Love the graphics, love the speed.

Bought an open box product. A little untidy with dust and loose charger plug. Product works good. No complaints, using it for the past 18 months

It is a very powerful gaming machine. It’s my first gaming laptop and I’m surprised how loud and hot it gets. Lost one star for me because of that.

An insane piece of machinery. It runs every game at max settings while streaming at max settings. The only thing is that I have to be careful to always put it on top of surfaces with good airflow or it will heat up. I bought the open box option and it came with a couple scratches, I did not like that at all.

Love the new machine, even got a price match after the price dropped a bit more before cyber monday sale was over. The only soft complaint I'd have is the weight.

Great laptop. Fast and ready. The one downfall are the speakers as they do get distorted during some gameplay and music. That’s a bummer or this could have been 5 stars

Excellent value! Served me perfectly for the time I needed it for. Works AMAZING. Will run 400 fps on decent games, enough RAM for practically anything. Battery life could be much better, only lasting maybe 2 hours running games

Performance is good, but within second week of owning had to send for repair. They had to replace motherboard due to blue screen error and overheating. After that no issues. But cant recommend due to not first alienware Ive owned with this issue

An overall great gaming laptop. Speed is great and monitor has an excellent view the 18 inch screen is the way to go looks awesome…

Good and fast laptop, I liked the bigger sized screen for a laptop BUT when playing with a mouse ur hand right next to it with out the laptop being elevated it does tend to “burn” your hand. I guess this might not happen if it’s elevated and has better airflow. It is quite heavy so playing on your lap and isn’t really idea must have a table and something to move the hot air away

Nice size for gaming but very heavy not very portable also had issues from beginning fans were bad replaced them.

I bought 2 of these a couple of months apart: 1 in store and 1 online. 1 of them was great, no issues whatsoever. The other had a subpar wifi card that I replaced. Also, both don't play nice with fast typing in MS Office products. It's a fantastic gaming computer, but it's not a web browsing or office productivity machine. (Fortunately, I wanted them for gaming machines and have been very happy with that performance!)

I love this computer! Lighting fast, and very cool looking, It runs anything I want, and has multiple ports that I can use to connect to other devices for presentations. It is heavy, but I don't care, because it is so much fun to use. Gaming and work combined with Ryzen 9 and an excellent graphics card. I highly recommend.
