Love it had been using for 2 months now completely perfect

About Product: I got it super fast, within three days. Although Best Buy's order status still says "Delayed" after three weeks. The MacBook is in really good condition. I didn't find any scratches; it looks like completely new. However, the charger has some minor scratches. But overall, I was satisfied with the purchase. For those who are wondering, it didn't come in the original packaging. But, there is a big But. *There are no updates on trade-ins.* Apart from getting a good Macbook, it is frustrating that Best Buy is still not able to provide details on how I should send my trade-in back. The order status page is still not updated. The original order status says "Delayed," no updates are available for Trade-in. It has been more than three weeks, and there has been no proper response from BestBuy, neither via chat support nor via email. So, I have to keep the raiting as two stars. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars.

I absolutely love it, buying things refurbished does not mean they are ruined. It was a fantastic buy.

I had to exchange this for the actual laptop I ordered because I was sent a macbook that was stuck in Russian. Once everything was sorted out, I’ve had little to no issues with my computer. I’m giving this an average rating because I immediately brought the laptop into the store to return/start an exchange for what I ordered and was told I had to call the support line. I then called support and they asked why I didn’t go in store. I had the faulty laptop for a few weeks before I was able to sort out the issue.

This MacBook Air has been a game changer. It’s refurbished, but it’s in perfect shape and works exactly as needed. Such a good deal, don’t count refurbished tech out!!

Great laptop! I had to get it repaired at the Apple Store due to some lines on the laptop screen [free repair], but other than that, it was in amazing condition!
