Does everything great. I went with the HP instant ink but then canceled after doing research. Printer does everything i need. I already had an HP printer that lasted me 9 years. I will stick with HP ANY TIME!

Totally love it. No more carrying laptop to hookup to printer that is in a different room. It's quite a bit quieter and faster than my old HP. The print out quality is really good.

Nice portable printer. Clear print work and easy to install.

Printer works great. Little smaller version of what I have in my field office. Ink deal is fantastic. Don't go for the smaller one to save a couple bucks. Do yourself a favor and just pull the trigger on this model or you will regret it down the road.

This agreat worhorse fora home office. screen has all the optios. It was a bit higher than I thought but is a fntastic printer.I've had HP for 20 years and this did not disapoint.

This printer is a definite upgrade from my 9015e printer that would not clear a paper jam after frequent successful attempts. It prints fast, seems quieter than my previous model, and the set up was easy.

The printer was easy to setup and the quality of the print is excellent.

Cannot print manually. Need to scan document and then print from the scan.

Would have given it a 5 star except that it has AI-Enabled. Can they just make the product without spying on everyone. Don't need Cloud, Copilot or any other AI Cr@).

Overall, seems to be a good value for the money, it is easy to set up and is printing well.

Replaced an older HP with this one, and found it exceedingly hard to connect and get all functions working. HP support is somewhat difficult to reach by phone, and the printer requires an app to be used. =/. This doesn’t appear to be a necessary feature…since it was never necessary before. Makes one feel that HP is tracking all our activity. Not real comfortable with that. As for the Free 3 months of Ink, we may never get this since the app wont open it, and keeps throwing out an error, and its support team claims its got to be “reset This would then be the 4th reset since we’ve owned this machine…and the 5th tech we’ve spoken to at HP… and it means having All devices in the same place, and likely another long session on the phone to get everything done. Maybe it’s not worth it since other reviews state HP sends the ink when HP wants to, not when the customer wants it. The ink runs quickly, and then the agents at HP will have you printing like crazy, “just to make sure”. It’s a little like a game after a while…”how much of your ink can we use to get you to buy more. =(. Nothing against Best Buy, but maybe this deal wasn’t the smartest one.

Item was a great purchase. Wish it was a little more quieter.

I had some difficulty setting it up but once that was done it is working fine

Really appreciated the easy setup of the printer and connection to our home network. Have experienced challenges with other technology setup in the past and this was very simple. Great instructions. Great quality prints.

Good price. The printer works great, but I had to call tech support to set up the wireless connection. I would get it again.

Great printer for multi purpose projects, easy to use and set up.

Works great, easy to set up. Was very pleased getting this squared away, not a very tech savvy person but hook up to printing took only 10-15 minutes.

So far so good. The printing is great, I love that it prints on both sides. I haven't had to replace ink yet so can't comment on what that's like.
