The main problem with this printer is the ink. HP only gives enough ink to get the printer to print a few pages. You have to buy more ink right away—btw, the cartridges cost almost as much as the printer itself. I’m thinking I should have tried the fill from bottles printer instead. I have had three other office jet HP printers so it is not a surprise about the cartridges, but it would be nice if HP didn’t suck the money out of their consumers.

Great printer, the last HP I have leasted 8 years. The ink program is great too, they mail you ink when low. Much cheaper than buying as needed

My original HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 Plus lasted 15 years. It was very large and heavy. This new printer is smaller and much lighter. I am able to move it on the table or completely pick it up. I find it takes longer to locate the functions I want, but once I have it set up, I really like the printing results. This printer holds less paper. Also, the special ink is more expensive. The ink ordering plan was explained to me, but I did not elect to take it. Instead, I order ink needed according to my printing needs.

I’m currently figuring out how to properly perform the tasks this printer was purchased for. I’m hoping to enjoy it better than the previous one purchased in May.

Initially I bought the cheaper/simpler/less substantial version of this printer -- the 8100 series -- but I returned it because it simply seemed to flimsy to stand up to any serious demands. I am VERY happy that I did so, and that I bought this upgraded, sturdier, and more advanced version -- it has all of the features that I need, and further, the nature of my work requires the use of thumb drives, and this printer is one of the few models that still has the capacity to accept them.

HP-OfficeJetPro9125e has provided my work product to an enhanced level in its presentation. It has drawn attention to the quality of the print with details that qualifies and distinguishes the work product of an expert company.

The ink lasts FOREVER and works great. It scans multi pages effortlessly and prints well. Not too happy that I have to sign up for online store subscription to get the advertised "free ink". False advertising. You get the printer. The free ink not so much.

I'm "technophobic". My tech support team are in another state. My printer died. I did some research and didn't want to spend a fortune. This printer is everything that I need AND I managed to install it ALL BY MYSELF! Also, it's much more compact and weighs much less than my old printer. I'm thrilled! THANK YOU BEST BUY!

I'm quite impressed with this printer. The control panel's User Interface could be a bit more ergonomic and straightforward, but once you get the hang of it, the functions are pretty robust. Leveraging some of the cool features and options in the HP Smart app on my Mac, PC's, and mobile devices is excellent.
