Works great happy with purchase, display is small and hard to read, liked the tilt display on our previous one

For the coat of the printer there is no usb port i can directly plug to my laptop and computer. It is rather ridiculous for the cost i have to use a hp app to scan documents to my phone to ONLY email to myself to have on my computer.

It does print and print quality is good. However, I believe this printer to be substandard. I have never had any other printer than an HP and they are truly going downhill. Last one I purchased was over 10 years ago and features and options much nicer. Problem 1: this does not have a cancel print option on the printer itself. Side note, I spent time two days ago chatting with HP support. They opened a ticket and within 2 days closed it even though they provided no help. How can you close a service ticket when you don't help?! Problem 2: There seems to be no way to reduce size of what you wanted printed so now I have to scan to my computer and shrink it and then print. Problem 3: The thing is loud, way too loud. Problem 4: The output tray is not tall enough and if you have printed too much, paper jam happens with double sided printing, ask me how I know. If I could return it, I would. Not sure what is going on with HP, but it is not good.

Happy for your very helpful and knowledgeable sales associate. He took my printing needs into account and recommended this model. I use it for personal use but do a fair amount of printing. Easy to configure to my Chromebook and super fast print cycle. It is a bit noisy, but have never had an HP printer that I would consider "quiet".

I can perform any necessary task of home printing that I need with this printer. I can print from anywhere I am with this printer.

After 6 years of using another brand printer and purchasing expensive cartridges,I decided to switch and so far,I am pleased with this purchase.It runs quietly and was easy to sync with my computer and phone.GREAT PRICE TOO!!

It works!! It prints!! It feeds paper out in front, not out the back; It copies!! So far it has done everything I have wanted it to do. Having a little problem getting it connected to the internet and scanning to and from my PC, but Geek Squad will take care of that for me. Wonderful product, lightweight easy to move and clean around, and fits better in its location -- not too tall or wide.

Very nice functional printer for remote work, especially double sided printing.

No problems so far! It scans to email nicely. Colors are fine, nothing extraordinary. I recommend this computer.

A little more complicated to setup and troubleshoot than older models, but it does the job.

Although not as well built as my old officejet 8600 plus it meets my home needs. My old 8600 still works great but our new modem for our high speed internet has advanced security that will not accept any connection from my old HP. However my new HP 9125e has better security with great printing quality at a very affordable price.

The HP printer is a reliable printer and easy to use.

Very solid choice to fit your household printing, copying, scanning needs. My only downfall is the lack of color options. Other than that, I have 0 complaints.
