    I made many attempts to set up this printer but it rejected the ink cartridges that it came with every time. A total waste of time.

    I bought this as an upgrade from an older model that had worked great for years. Unfortunately after several hours on the phone with tech support, I wasn't able to print from my Android Device (which is crucial in my family) or my Mac. Strangely, I was able to print from my Windows laptop.

    Just took it out of the box. Issue with finding the ink cartridge. Error no cartridge install or defective cartridges. Will return the next day. Can not believe it. Out of the box. I can change my mine on my rating with an exchange if that one works

    Terrible display. Why is HP making the so tiny?? The keypad is so small, it is impossible to enter wifi password. This isnt a pocket device, increase the size of your displays.

    The printer was not working properly and when I called BestBuy I got no help in the end HP is been helping so I will cancel my credit card and no better not to do business with BestBuy…..

    Terrific printer. I had an HP earlier version for many years. It was not able to be repaired w/o sending it off. That would mean more costly to save vs. buy new. I asked for the upgrade to what I had & here I am with this HP. It prints super-fast & easy for me to work with b/c I am totally technology inept.
