Great printer for the price; a little tricky to interface with with the laptop that I purchased on the same date, but it all worked out

I just love how easy this printer is to use plus it’s WiFi friendly so that means I can print it off my phone or laptop with ease. Don’t have to be close on it. I can save documents on my USB and fax stuff it’s and all in one machine.

When I print something off my laptop ot doesn't print. The next day when I turn the printer on, everything I asked to print the night before starts printing

It was an easy setup, except for the scanning portion; still haven't figured it out.

The set up was really easy. The printer walks you through a step by step set up process. After the set up was completed i had to print a 50 page report which took no time to do and the quality was really good. For a home office this printer does the job, especially for the price.

Great printer, this is my second of this type from HP (got this one for my Mom, which is like mine to support her easier). Don't let the Instant Ink confuse you. You do NOT have to sign up for it. The ink that comes with the printer does not have a ton of ink in them, but you can buy the regular replacement cartridges and just use it that way, the key factor is that they are authentic HP ink cartridges. You can just skip signing up for Instant Ink. My Mom got this printer to be able to scan to her email. Her other brand of printer you had to scan to your PC and that caused some learning issues. This one is so simple. Don't have to have your PC on or even be at it! Just scan and it goes right to your email and you can save or forward as necessary. The printing quality is great too!! Does about 25 pages in scanning. Has the double sided printing features. I have an older model at my house that is now 4 years old and working just as great as the day we got it!

The only complaint I have is the noise, and it takes a while to connect. It works great I would recommend.

Have only used a couple of times since buying this printer but we had an HP ENVY 7640 prior and it had worked well for several years but finally died. This one was relatively easy to setup and also connect to our laptops. Seems to be working fine and has good quality print.

Great Value . It’s pretty quiet as well love the HP Smart app that makes all tasks very ease.Even this caveman could do it

Initially the on/off button would not go off. However, the next time we turned on the power it did turn on and off. Changing the paper lengths from legal to letter size is not easy. It prints nice and we have good copies and prints coming out.

Very slow from click print until page(s) print. Print quality is very good. Once printing starts, printer is very quick.

This printer was easy to set up and prints things easily and quickly! It also makes great copies as well. Was originally bought after my old canon printer could not connect to Google fiber. This printer connected quickly and we have had no issues so far!

Works really good and is a good product for the value.

The indicated cartridges are missing or damaged. Not working from the laptop. Not working from the menu bottom. Geek Squad on 12-18-25 made a service call seems to be fixed.

The ink does not last long. Does not print even 100 pages black and white. Had to get more ink. Bought it for legal use. Needing to print legal documents. Had to buy more ink that cost 100$ as well. The printer was just over 200$ then the ink is so expensive. Would not buy again

A nice little printer for light work. I had a bit of difficulty in getting it ready as the instructions were fine, but my interpretation of them was a bit funky. Beware, though, installation through the phone turned into a scam, so I wouldn't recommend doing it through that device. Initial ink cartridges are tiny, but you do get a bigger supply later.
