    The item makes copies, and prints from laptop but will not print from any mobile devices which is the primary reason I bought it to do...it says it's ready to print but you go into the HP Smart app and it continues to state unable to print...I spent 6 hours total with support and they couldn't figure it out...tried to blame the device, however my old printer which was an HP8600 Office Jet worked fine with all our mobile devices. So IMO the printer is useless and I would avoid getting it if you want to print from mobile device
