    IT TOOK ABOUT 8 HOURS FOR THE GEEK SQUAD PERSONS TO CONNECT TO WIFI, AFTER FIXING OTHER PROBLEMS IT APPEARS THAT SOME OF THE FEATURES ARE GREAT,

    Really wanted it to be great. It gave me issues as soon as i opened it, it kept saying no ink cartridges are inserted when there were! Finally after the 20th try it worked and 1 week in and the printer would not come out in color, i would push color and it would be pink all over ! I do not recommend this printer!

    Worst printer I have ever used. HP has gone down hill here. I just spent an hour trying to scan and email three pages to myself using the feeder. Page three would jam severely however the paper was in great shape. If it’s not a mechanical issue it is a network failure. Continuous failure to upload errors prevented me from even composing an email with the documents. It finally worked after several attempts but what a mess. I pay for and have very good internet, no other devices in my home struggle. Connections are fine and everything is cleared. This is simply a poorly made product.
