    Never ever buy an HP Printer. They coerce you into their monthly program, and then if you opt out, because in my case I rarely print, they make you go an purchase all new ink cartridges, regardless of how much ink is in your current printer. They are highway robbers

    Bestbuy was great….. this HP printer is garbage…. It stopped printing and HP won’t let you do a warranty claim unless they remote into your computer to troubleshoot…. I can’t allow that because of my job…. So I have an expensive paperweight after 2 months NOT AWESOME HP….. not awesome!!!!!

    So frustrating. Got the ink in and it started scanning the cartridges. Says to check black ink. I've done that over and over. Im not buying another cartridge. Will have to pack it up and take it back. Will try Epson and fingers crossed. HP and their ridiculous catridge counterfit software is finding fault with their own cartridges.

    Every time you go to print it says you are out of paper, and you have a full tray. You have to go to the printer open the paper tray and put the paper in and out.
