This printer was very easy to set up and with the ink provided it was up and running right away. It works just like my other inkjet and does two sided printing as well. It was set up to do that when I first used it. The set up was easy through the application that was available. It found the network automatically.

This printer is Awesome for home service or school assignments.

While I agree that this printer at this price point is an excellent value, it is still an inkjet printer and the ink nozzles will dry out without regular use. I switched from Epson to HP to avoid that problem, unaware that to avoid it I would need to spend hundreds more dollars. Still, in terms of my needs (personal use), the item is a very good value and the team at Best Buy were exemplary in the knowledge guiding me to this purchase.

It's way too much aggravation to get the three months free of ink they want you to sign up for a service

While we’ve always had long lasting and great HP printers, this one has left us less than happy. It seems that whenever we want to print something, we have to adjust one thing or the other! Sometimes it loses connection to the internet, sometimes it wants ANOTHER software update or just pick one more reason. It definitely has us rethinking our next purchase.

My wife is a Realtor and uses our printer on a daily basis. I was looking for a printer with duplex printing and scanning. As always the Best Buy employees helped me find the right printer at the rigjt price. And with HP+ i mever have to worry about running out of ink. Setup was very simple and the unit performs very well.

I love the printer. I had an older HP Printer that finally died, so I wanted to get something very similar. This one seems to fit the bill! So far..........so good!

I purchased a Canon small printer for use at a friend's home while I am visiting her -- it printed just fine and copied just fine -- what it didn't do was scan easily and that was one of the main reasons I bought it. So -- off I went and bought the HP 8135 printer (I have a 9120 at my residence). It worked flawlessly and the scanning was easy and perfect -- as always. I should have bought this in the first place -- thank goodness for HP!!! Thank you.

The HP printer I bought works perfectly well. It was easy to install … plug n play! Quality prints and ease of use.

This is my second HP printer. I still have the first one working perfectly for last 5+ years. I got this one for my office. Manageable printing speed and less noisy at this price point, and Instant ink subscription doesn't hurt either.

Love it! Compact and easy to use. It was just what we need to replace our old one.
