It works perfectly, no issues. Has some small cosmetic flaws but nothing that impacts the functionality of the MacBook. My wife is elated with it.

Ordered the Macbook pro m3 pro in black. Received a macbook pro m1 in silver. A completely different product and model. Like best buy wasn’t even trying to send the right product or they purposely trying to fool people. I was able to get a refund.

Quality was subpar for refurbished, I returned this product immediately. I am fine with cosmetic blemishes but the screen had a giant mark through it and was very visible in dark mode.
