      The advertised "Wash and Dry in 2 Hours in This LG WashCombo™ All-in-One" is based on independent testing in Wash+Dry cycle with Dryer on Energy Saver mode, 10 lb. DOE (Department of Energy) standard load (October 2023). Cycle times may vary depending on load type/weight.
      We recommend using a dedicated cycle for heavier loads (Jeans/Bedding/Towel) that will help with a better drying performance. Regularly cleaning the ezLintFilter located on the top of the WasherCombo™ All-in-One is key to optimal drying performance, and we recommend that you clean it after every cycle. Depending on how frequently you do your laundry, check the drain pump filter occasionally to remove any residue or foreign objects that might get caught in the filter...^Ivan. LG

    Bought two of these units and they were terrible. Of course support from LG was excuses as to why they don’t perform as described and they want to keep sending out technicians to “investigate”. It’s simply a bad product and can’t be fixed. The drying times are very long, the lint situation is horrible compared to the similar Samsung unit. Do NOT buy these LG units.

    This thing is terrible, clothes come out so wrinkled you have to spend hours ironing, some clothes damp, and I will now have to purchase a bunch of lint rollers. What is worse than this product, is Best Buy and the customer service that no longer exists if you don't want to pay for all of their memberships. 14 day return for a washing machine, REALLY! All I asked was to exchange but nope, I didn't pay for their stupid plan AND it hasn't even been 30 days. I will not be buying anything any longer at this store as their customer service has sadly gone way downhill and that is because I have been a BB card holder for MANY years. Now I get to wait to for them to come check out the unit to repair, but will it be repairable?

    We recently bought this washer/dryer machine. It has been a good machine. It has various things that make it faster to work with, i love the drawers to put the soap, and every wash it automatically pours the right amount. Washes and dries perfectly.

    I am surprised how well the washer/dryer combo works. Not only it washes well, I also like the fact that it tells me how long it will take for my laundry to finish based on the load. I also like the other features such as the steam function and it has different types of washes.

    This is the best purchase I have ever made. I suffer from asthma and this machine is rated to help with this. this machine does it all I'm just disappointed it doesn't have a setting to fold the clothes also. LG did a great job with this machine!

    I really wanted this to work, But this product was too high maintaince just to wash and dry. I love with a large family so that may factor in, but to deep cleN the fliter twice the month just to insure we have tne landry to dry is too much and the time takes too long for loads.

    Takes far too long to dry. My clothes always came out very damp. No matter what I did as soon as the timer got to four minutes. It would add another 10 minutes. It did this countless times. Unacceptable.

When you choose a wash dry cycle it always leaves the clothes damp instead of dry, no matter how many clothing items are in there. Lastly, it takes 4 plus hours to wash and dry one load! I am not a fan and do not recommend.

      A HeatPump™ All-in-One uses lower temperature drying which is beneficial for the long-term health of your clothes. Even though your clothes may feel slightly moist after drying, the remaining moisture will dry off in minutes.
      The heat generated by conventional dryers can cause fabrics to shrink and wear out faster than they should, And, while these kinds of laundry accidents can never be avoided altogether, a heat pump dryer is far less likely to damage your clothes than a conventional one...^Ivan LG
