Awfully service again. All what this people are doing is keep transferring from BestBuy to geek squad, putting you on hold for hours, keep asking same non-sense questions with 0 solution of problem.

The stove surface is horrible. It scratches extremely easily and is difficult to keep clean. Our prior glass top was significantly better. We are highly disappointed. I’d highly recommend looking at other brands or products. Also, shame on and f Best Buy and will likely never purchase from them again. Best Buy rated a zero! They claim they honor price adjustments… After we purchased this, the price dropped by $250 and there was an $75 gift card. It’s been a nightmare trying to get them to honor the price drop. They agreed to honor it finally; however, a week later we found out they only credited back $70. No one will let me speak to anyone else about it. It’s been a battle for over a month now. The store says they can’t do anything because I bought it online. Definitely don’t ever buy anything online if you ever want or think you’ll need a price adjustment!

We are very pleased with the Samsung products we purched. However, the incentive regarding gift cards and rewards we were to receive never arrived. I am VERY disappointed that we are going to have to drive over an hour to the Myrtle Beach store to try and get this rectified. Beware … the salesmen are indeed great salemen but they fail to follow through with their promises.

Hard to view panel. Must bend to see it and gray tone on black hardly visible. Racks hard to slide in and out.

Burners turn up all the way and burn your food. You have to keep a close eye on the burners because they randomly get stick on high, i have burnt countless meals because of this. Samsung came out and fixed it once and a few weeks later it’s back to doing it again. Should have listened to others and stayed away from Samsung appliances! Very frustrating and it’s getting old ruining food because of the temperature issue! You have to heat your pan and shut off the burner completely so it doesn’t over heat. Don’t buy it!

A Big Upgrade for Everyday Cooking

We’ve had this range and oven for just under a month, and it has changed how I cook for my family of five. I had to relearn heat control at first because my old range heated poorly, but that adjustment was worth it. The burners heat evenly, respond well, and no longer leave me guessing.
The oven performs just as well. It heats quickly, holds temperature, and cooks evenly every time. The smart features have been a real help, especially starting the oven five to ten minutes before I get home so dinner moves faster on busy nights.
The built-in air fryer has been a favorite. It removed the need for another appliance, freed up counter space, and made cooking for a family easier since I no longer cook in batches. One small surprise was that the air fry basket rests on the rack instead of sliding in like oven shelves, but it works well and hasn’t been an issue.
Cleaning the glass top has taken some adjustment. I’ve never owned a glass top range, so learning how to care for it properly has been part of the transition. This feels like a learning curve rather than a product issue, and it’s becoming easier with time. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and glad we made the upgrade.

It looks nice, and everything functions as it should. Two issues we've found are 1) the top has raised circles/texture making this range VERY difficult to keep clean - our previous one had a completely smooth surface and a razor blade would easily scrape off even the biggest burned on mess. NOT THIS ONE. If you're all about having a glass top range that is easy to keep clean and always looks like new - this one isn't going to make you any happier than it's made me. and... 2) the controls on the front are super touch sensitive, bump them when you're standing there or walking by and they are activated - it happens all the time and is super annoying.
On the positive side....The burner knobs for the stovetop have a double safety feature to prevent them from being accidentally turned on - they must be squeezed AND pushed in before a burner will actually be turned on - that's an amazing feature. The air fry is amazing and it works well, it's the one feature that was a must have on our list.
The bottom drawer is tiny - all in all this is a middle of the road range IMO.
