My wife is small and had trouble reaching the bottom of our last Samsung washer. This was advertised as not as deep of a reach. FALSE. She can't even reach close to the bottom. We actually had to buy her a grabber to get socks and smaller items. Very disappointed. Also, after about 10 cycles it starts wanting to self clean. Uh no, the cycle is over an hour and unnecessary. Rinse cycle is set for one rinse on most settings, unless you use an adjustable setting. We had a Samsung washer and dryer previously that we loved. We replaced the dryer early last year and we were also disappointed with it. IDK what has happened with Samsung, but sadly these will be our last.

This thing cannot wash anything without sounding uneven. I have nothing but sheets in there now and it has stopped and started at least 6 times. It’s been beeping for over an hour. I don’t know why they make it so big because it won’t wash a big load. Sounds like it’s struggling with every twist. If you want to add more water it changes the cycle to Deep Wash. I hate this washer.

No agitator and was told, "Agitators are for old people". Well, let me tell you...it did not clean my clothes well at all and dirt was still left on them. This machine was returned after 2 weeks of using it. DO NOT BUY

You have put on deep fill and it only actually washes clothes for a few minutes. I am used to having an agitator and I will be returning. This does not wash your clothing well. And the awful sound everytime it finishes washing
