It has been really fast and reliable so far. I haven't run any games on it yet though sadly. :) It is stable and the screen isn't horrendous.

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the service I recently received at one of your stores. I have been a paying Best Buy/Geek Squad member for over five years, and during that time I have relied on the program with the understanding that it covers issues related to wear and tear, accidental damage, and product defects. Recently, I brought in my laptop because the housing around the touchpad had cracked. This was not caused by misuse or neglect — it appeared to be either normal wear, a structural defect, or accidental damage, all of which I believed were covered under my membership. However, when I brought the device in for evaluation, the representative informed me that the repair would not be covered. No clear explanation was provided as to why, and the decision contradicted the coverage terms I have been paying for over the past several years. Instead of receiving support, I was turned away without any meaningful assistance or alternative solution. As a long‑time member who has consistently paid for this protection, I feel this decision was unfair and inconsistent with the service I was promised. I am requesting the following: A review of my case and the denial of coverage Clarification on why this repair was refused despite the membership terms A resolution that honors the coverage I have been paying for I value the services Best Buy provides, but this experience has left me questioning the reliability of the membership I’ve invested in for years. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and professionally. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to your response.
