    Great, shuts off for updates with no warning. Got this tv for the 120fps, for the ps5 pro. It’s fantastic UNTIL IT TURNS OFF MID GAME AFTER A SOFTWARE UPDATE THAT YOU WERE NOT INFORMED ABOUT! That’s my only gripe. Otherwise… so worth it!

      We are very sorry to hear that the TV shut off unexpectedly during a critical moment due to a software update, and we understand how frustrating that can be, especially during gameplay. We highly recommend checking your TV's settings under Settings > System > Software Update and ensuring that Automatic software downloads is set to Off and that Automatic software update is also set to Off or Confirmation. This will prevent unscheduled restarts and allow you to initiate updates manually at a convenient time. We're happy to hear that outside of this issue, the 120fps performance on your BRAVIA 8 OLED for the PS5 Pro is fantastic and worth it.
