    The TV is great in darker rooms and allows you to see movies like never before. If you like movies that have a lot of dark scenes, you will not have to quint your eyes at all. Great picture!

    Overall it does have a nice picture but goes dim after awhile. We call Sony and went through power save settings and tried different picture settings with no luck.

    After two geek squad visits they determined the new Sony tv was defective and brought me a new one on the third visit. Also had them install a new Blu-ray player to replace the old vcr/dvd player, so everything should be compatible. I also installed a new antenna on the roof. So now all works fine. I appreciate that Best Buy is an honest and honorable company and kept coming out until the issues were diagnosed and fixed. Thanks Geek Squad!

    The purchase was easy and Best Buy held the TV until our construction was completed. Sony 55" is fabulous. I was very disappointed when you would not honor a lower price after purchase because I was not a member of one of you clubs which cost extra. That part I felt was not customer friendly!!

    It was a much needed new TV purchase. The picture and color is amazing, love the 55" size. The sound is adequate but knew that going in. We decided not to invest in the soundbar for our TV room space. I'm overall happy with the purchase.
