    This little vacuum is amazing! At first, I had never heard of the brand, but I am very happy. It vacuums and mops at the same time, and disinfects floors very well! I highly recommend it to anyone having second thoughts. Its an investment! Make sure to get the app to see more options and take advantage.

    A very good product, but there is room for improvement. I would love to see this product and the hydrovac mess master combined. BISSELL has the combination I speak of but the reviews I saw on it were that the steam function was lacking. Since tile floors are my primary area to clean, the steam function take priority for me over the vacuum function.

    I wanted a steam mop to be able for quick clean ups in between regular mopping. This has become my regular mopping. With only water!! The floor gets cleaned, sanitized and mostly dry. The reservoir can be small but it’s not a pain to change out. So far I love it

    I purchased this Shark 3-in-1 to replace an older steam mop and very glad to have made the upgrade. I like that I do not have to worry about a Velcro pad.

    It works great and does what it needs too. I will say it is not easy to use if you have animals because their hair will just stick (yes even after you prevacuum the hair up with a normal vacuum) there’s still hair that gets around. It also leaves water on the ground once you try and pick it up to clean.
