When it works it's great. 3 months in lid switch stopped working which will not allow it to turn on; returned the first one. 3 months later controller stopped working on the second unit. Called Ninja and they wanted me to return it at my cost of $20.00? Returned it to Best Buy and was given another unit. Best Buy customer offers a Total Care warranty plan. I always buy from Best Buy now

The Ninja Crispi Portable Cooking System is a very nice item from Ninja. I have several devices I own from Ninja, and all of their devices are some of my favorite. This one is another device that will be on my list of my favorite items in the kitchen. The cooking system comes well packaged and is easy to setup. They have the glass TempWare containers well packaged to keep them from getting damaged during shipping. They have a sticker with a QR Code on the Crispi PowerPod that takes you to their website with a link for tutorial videos. Unfortunately, when I clicked on the link for the tutorial videos, it took me to YouTube and gave me an error message that the video playlist is not found. Being able to watch the videos would have been nice, but I was pretty much able to figure everything out on my own. They also include a Quick Start Guide with recipes. The Crispi PowerPod allows you to select your temperature settings and time. The cooking time displays on the LED screen on the PowerPod, but it does not display the temperature. I wish the screen was a little larger so that it can show the different temperature settings. You press the Mode button to choose between Recrisp, Bake, Air Fry and Max Crisp. They have a sticker placed on the front of the PowerPod with the temperature range for each Mode. I removed the sticker for a cleaner look, but had to place it back on because I would probably forget the different temperature settings since they’re not displayed on the LED screen. This system does an excellent job of cooking food. I cooked some chicken tenders and they came out better than when I cooked them in my other air fryers. I’m not sure if the glassware made a difference, but they came out great. Cleanup is easy as well, since food is easy to clean off of glass. The crisper plate is placed at the bottom of the glass TempWare container, which makes the food crispy. The glassware gets hot while cooking. They recommend using cooking gloves when moving or touching the item during and right after cooking. The system comes with a large and small glassware container. You have to use the Big Batch Container Adapter and connect it to the Crispi Power Pod when using the larger glassware container. You don’t have to use the adapter when using the smaller container. Both glassware containers come with a plastic snap on lid, which allows you to store your food in the refrigerator. The glassware can go from the refrigerator to the air fryers, and the glassware is capable of the temperature change. Overall, I’m really liking this system and hope to get years of great use from it.

Absolutely perfect for one person or a family with 2 sizes to choose between ….great for re-crisping!!! So glad I got it!

Excellent air fryer! Super happy with the quality of this and love that it is not plastic. It is also super easy and compact to store.

This is a nice compact air fryer. Although it is small don’t underestimate its capabilities. I love how I can food prep and easily prepare healthy meals quickly. Clean up is a cinch, dishwasher safe!

I loved the idea of glass and the see through of it all. The quality seems top notch. However, I don't feel that it cooks as well as some less expensive models.

She uses it majority for her lunches. Her coworkers are jealous i got this for her birthday.

Pretty good just wish it was bigger I love that you can buy multiple containers for it.the air fryer top part just look a little cheaply made in my opinion, but let’s see how long your hold up. I would still recommend

I’m happy with this air fryer. Compact, efficient and looks just fine on a countertop if you choose to store it there.

I was looking forward to trying this out after seeing the reviews. It's taking a bit longer to figure it out then I thought. My first meal of Teriyaki steak tips and potatoes were awful. Very dried out and burnt almost.

The glass crisper is the way to go. No artificial cooking surfaces with chemicals leaking in your food. Plus the convenience of storing the food afterwards. Good price too.

I tried to like it because of the price I paid for it but the bottom line is it sucks. It has 4 temperature settings and two of those are similar. To cook frozen biscuits or anything similar and get the center done the outsides will be rock hard. There are better and more versatile products on the market for the amount of money this cost. Im in the process now of buying something else and will be giving this away just to be rid of it.

My girlfriend loves this device, it makes very tasty dishes and they are low in calories.

I love glass bottom so you can see your food cooking. Very light weight and easy to clean.
