I recently purchased an open-box HP Omnibook Ultra Flip laptop, and I am impressed with its condition. There are no scratches or dents on the laptop, and it looks almost brand new. The performance is smooth, and the display is crisp and clear. The flip feature works perfectly, making it easy to switch between laptop and tablet modes. Overall, it’s a great deal for the price, and I’m happy with my purchase.

After 4 hours on the phone trying to purchase a laptop, I had to give up, we just were not able to make it work. I decided I really did want that laptop. I ended up having to go to a store in person to get this order to go through, but the staff there was phenominal! It only took 8 minutes to explain the problem to them and check out. My computer came next day. Setup was easy and this laptop has more capabilities than my previous 4 year old desktop had. I haven't needed any help, but I am sure if I do, they are only a phone call away. So it didn't start out so well, but the staff at the store were stars. I am one happy customer!

Very fast and robust flip. Facial recognition using Hello by Microsoft is a joke, never works... ever.

I truly love this computer! We bought for church and its so easy to use and I enjoy it! Makes it so easy to use.

Few drawbacks- I have to buy docking station and stay connect when in use. The specification is a high end; I do not see any difference with OLED vs the regular one! Keyboard gets dirty super-fast; make sure you wash your hands before use.

Very reliable laptop, starts up quickly and transitions between tablet and laptop mode easily. Only issue with it is the strange placement for charging and the fact it automatically turns on when the laptop is opened. Otherwise a very good laptop with exceptional components at a reasonable price.
