Jesse gave his time to assure I understood & was happy with my purchase of a new Dell All-in-One. Other helpful employees were Jarrod in the Geek Squad and Hisham Khan. (Like many other seniors), I was ‘compelled’)

Over and Beyond Great Customer Service

I sincerely needed her help! Coco was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and had a whole lot of patience. I needed a dual computer with Microsoft 11 desktop, the works, and I had a budget. She worked overtime and didn't complain at all. She explained everything thoroughly and the deal was completed. These days It's so hard to find good help. Coco, thanks so much! You really deserve a promotion and a raise.

Disappointed in no disc drive

I just am disappointed that there is no disc drive. Maybe I'm just too old to realize that this is out of date, but a lot of my pictures are on discs.

It's Okay!
