    Desktop, OK. Original Data transfer was not satisfactory. Correction Data Transfer scheduled for 08-23-2025, was cancelled by GeekSquad, and a rescheduled appointment as the soonest date of 09-11-2025, was offered. The entire process is very disapointing.

    The item arrived in very bad condition even though it was listed as being in good condition. It also showed that a mouse was included, but there wasn’t one. When I asked, they gave me a mouse, but it doesn’t work. On top of that, the item has many more scratches than expected.

    I had trouble with mine contacted Dell said I could return under 30 day guarentee. Well since I thought I would be helping out Best Buy by buying it through them, I will not be making that mistake again because they have a 15 day return policy and will not honor Dells. My spport and allegiance with Best Buy has ended. I will be buying directly from the manufacter.

    No booklet to help set up the computer. Had to have “Geek Squad” come(had to pay extra !!!) to install items from the old computer,that the Mentor store said could not be done. Geek Squad rep was great.
