She knew all about the computers I was looking at. Even my brother, who is a technology specialist, was impressed with her knowledge of the computers. Grateful, too, for the Geek Squad. They are always helpful and patient with my tech ignorance. Best Buy is always my store of choice for all of our technology purchases!

Great all in one display

Very bright display, first thing i had to do was find the brightness control and turn it down. Very capable.

When I made the purchase, I considered purchasing a less expensive computer, but I am so glad that I purchased this Dell. Nice PC and Geek Squad Support

The Geek Squad worked with us to get all of the our files from our old computer to this new one. Although there were a few hiccups along the way the set up and transition went fairly well. As for this computer it is a thing of beauty. No problems or complaints so far! Would recommend both it and the Geek Squad.

New Dell

The speed is so much faster than my "ancient" Lenovo, which was almost 10 yrs old. The graphics are vibrant runs at a much better speed, and has many features . I am looking forward to use the newest feature, Copilot. I will have my Dell for a long time. My sales rep recommended the Dell and I could not be happier!

It is confusing to go between some of the apps and services and am not so sure CoPilot helps with any of this but tends to make it a bit more confusing. Quick to warm up, fast, but not as easy to use as my Mac.

I switched from a MacBook, and it was way easier than I thought it was going to be. I love the size and the touch screen.
