These are a very good quality headset, I was nicely surprised for what I paid. Windows 10 and Linux loaded these and they sound great. Mic worked well and my friends say sound on their end was great. Thanks Best Buy

I got these for my work at home job. Functionally they are ok, but technically they proved a bit problematic. I have on and off times when customers say they cannot hear me. Dont know if thats headset or system related.. Sound is good but after 2 weeks the "mute indicator light" (for lack of a better term) stopped working. Anyone who works in customer service knows its very important to a) be able to mute b) be certain when you are and are not on mute. The light just stopped working... so i did bring them in and exchange them... hoping this doesnt happen again.

For an inexpensive set of headphones, these are top notch! My husband loves to watch train videos on his computer, which is in the same room as my computer. We purchased these headphones to maintain my sanity. Problem solved!

The headset was a great price and the sound is very good. The only problem is that the sales associate said it was wireless and it's not. The cord is still and kinks easily.

My cat chewed the cord on my expensive work headset and I bought this in a pinch... works amazing!! Way better than I expected. The sales people were amazing and even gave me a great tip to keep the cat from chewing the new one. And it has a mute button!

I was looking for a headset that would work well with Skype. I had an interview for radio, and I needed something that would be comfortable for the twenty-plus minutes that the interview would take place, and have sharp clarity for both the headphones, and the microphone (as perceived from the other end). This product did all three. Excellent!

Great…good sound quality…only suggestion would be to cover the ears and not just sit on top of the ears. They are not totally quiet because of that.

I bought this headset to use as a back up for a wireless headset. It is a simple plug-it-in and work headset. I have had no issues with it and my colleagues and clients have expressed their appreciation in the clarity of audio that it provides during my online calls and presentations.
