It works great, glad I bought it. Easy to adjust using the hose and attachment to do the stairs.

Love my Shark!! This works way better than the Dyson's I have! I have owed 3 Dyson's now. After the first 2 - broke. I begged my husband for the Shark. He said, "No". So I bought it any way! I am so glad I did. You can feel the difference not only by the suction pull, but also it is not heavy. The lift away feature is great and I get into my spaces with the shark. Also it's not on that stupid uncontrollable ball that has now broken again on my Dyson.

I'm a small person so any bulky vacuum is a no-go for me. Not only is this lightweight, it's powerful! Much better price point than a Dyson and gets the job done for a 1 bedroom apartment with a cat. It also does a great job getting all the litter cleaned up and I love the assortment of attachments. Also, assembly was a breeze and that is coming from someone who hates to read instructions. Great vacuum for petite people or people with a small space but I bet it would be great for a bigger space as well. Very happy with this purchase and thankful for the Best Buy employee who took the time to show me all their vacuums and the pros and cons of each one, this is the one I ended up going with.

I have always bought Shark vacuums, but this one is light weight and it is amazing how much it picks up. So glad I got this, and the price was such a good deal.

We've been using this model of a Shark for years and recently bought one for our vacation home where we have all hard floors. Works like a charm. Love this vacuum - so glad to have it both places now. Oh, and we have two pets who are both "good" shedders. This vac really helps keep the pet hair under control. It's easy to use, all the attachments are at your fingertips, and easy to empty when full with little to no mess. Really, can't say enough good things about it!

This vacuum works wonders! My carpet has never looked cleaner! It sucks up more dirt than I expected and my allergies have definitely improved. I have two cats as well so I am eliminating more cat hair with the Shark's powerful suction. Happy with my purchase! And incredibly pleased at the fact that I missed a sale by one day yet still received that sale price since I mentioned it. No questions, just a smile. That's a story I keep sharing. Best Buy cares about the customer.

I love this vacuum. It is so easy to use and does a fantastic job cleaning. The first time I used it my oriental rugs came out darker due to all the dirt that had been cleaned out. We have a cleaning service that comes every 2 weeks so it is not like we were super dirty to begin with. The handle with the hose and interchangeable parts is really convenient and very easy to switch over to. The suction is great. Can't say anything bad for it except that two of the attachments don't have a defined place to clip onto the vacuum so you have to store them separately. The most frequently used ones do hook on.

The Shark-Navigator Deluxe Upright Vacuum cleaner with Anti-Allergen complete seal is a great buy, This lightweight vacuum does an excellent job on dog hair anywhere. I used it on my upholstery and on all my carpeting. The swivel feature makes maneuverability easy to get into hard to get places where dog hair accumulates. It has two accessories, a plastic upholstery attachment that works pretty good on all the sucking up dog hair on any surface. This vacuum needs to be maintained after a few cleanings. Be sure to wash the foam filters and remove hair from the roller brush. The vacuum comes apart easily for cleaning the stairs and has a variety of suction settings. The handle is detachable and so is the wand to reach surfaces above. The only drawback I see is the canister has clips that attach it to the main unit, Just be sure to carefully unclip the two clips before you empty it. Clips can break easily if not handled with care,

Great suction power, very flexible to go under objects, great buy!

This is a great vacuum! I’ve had no issues with it, it picks up everything with ease on every surface like Wood, carpets and heavy duty carpets. It’s also surprisingly light weight. I believe it’s great quality for the price and in my experience is much better than some higher end brands.

This vacuum is pretty good. The cord is a little short, the suction is pretty good but I would like it to be a little stronger, and the dirt cup doesn't hold much dirt. I like that you can lift the dirt cup off so you can easily vacuum under beds, on stairs, or other small places. It's also very light for people who do not have the strength to push a heavier vacuum but still need to do this job. It does tip over easily when you're using the hose so you have to keep a leg near it to make sure this doesn't happen.

I gave this vacuum to mom my as a gift and she loves it. It isn't very heavy and does a nice job of picking up all the little things we would miss without a nice piece like this.

Easy to put together. Have had this vacuum for almost a year now and still has the same suction power as it did when first bought. Works so well on pet hair!
