I bought this for my daughter who loves it. I'm happy with my shark so I bought one for her too. Lightweight with multiple attachments and multi use possibilities. Less expensive than Dyson and in my opinion, works just as well.

This vacuum sucks, the way it's supposed to. So that's a good thing. It picks up animal hair on the carpet easily, is light weight and easy to handle. I love that I don't need to purchase bags and emptying it is easy. Best vacuum I've owned. Well worth the money.

This has to be the vest vacuum I have ever had. It is better than a Dyson… The suction is amazing. It’s actually very light. It is easy to maneuver around. I love it when I vacuum my stairs because the vacuum just sits on my stairs. I love it 10+ plus

We uave owned Shark vacuums for over a decade. The Navigator is by far the best we've owned. We have to "retire" our original Navigator and I was worried that they were discontinued. I was on the Best Buy app, and i found this one. Right out of the box it runs phenomenally! The suction is outstanding and it is not really heavy like some other brands. This vacuum is highly recommended!

We bought out first shark (same model, older model) in 2010 and have used it for 8 years until it was time to upgrade. Nothing happened to our old one, we just had a Best Buy gift card and ended up looking down the vacuum aisle. So here is my pros and cons. Pros: Lighter (this is so light, I can pick it up with my one finger) Suction: This thing is strong, and leaves those lines in the floor that you see from new homes. Price: Compared to the other vacuums in Best Buy, this is a steal. CONS: Power Cord: Maybe 10ft long, the older models were at least twice as long Chamber release: The older model had 1 button quick release, this new model has 2 clips, then a button release. (Those 2 clips make a difference, when you're use to the older model) I would still recommend, but it gets annoying.

I love this machine! Pulled so much out of my carpet after using my other vacuum I was grossed out! The only real problem I have with it is the "bag" part is small. I say the cord could be longer but I think the machine I had had an extra long cord. Otherwise it is lightweight flicks around and sucks up SO much stuff.

Our very expensive Dyson finally died and we decided to try this Shark. So far we are very impressed with its performance. It is easy to navigate, has many settings and picks up a lot of dirt and dog fur from 2 dogs. The canister doesn't hold has much but it is no big deal to empty it and continue vacuuming. Our dogs do not seem afraid of this vacuum as with the Dyson maybe due to a different pitch sound. The cord is not as long as the Dyson but it is no big deal to move it to another switch and continue. So far very pleased with our purchase. Hope it lasts a long time.

Missed a Dyson promotion and was looking for something reasonably priced. Checked Consumer Reports and all of their top rated Vacs were Sharks! Have to admit I had never heard of them before. So I ordered one and vacuumed my house with my Hoover beforehand. Vacuumed again with the Shark and the cannister was almost full of stuff the Hoover missed. Plus it can be taken apart and used as a carry-vac. Quite useful. So far we are very happy...

Amazing product. Works very well on carpet as well as on floor. My biggest concern was dust underneath the carpet since the whole house is carpeted, but very happy with its power.

This is a great vacuum. It’s light weight yet powerful and easy to use. It’s tools are great for long reaches and it’s a breeze on the stairs. This is another great shark product!

Most importantly this vacuum is light and easy to use. Secondly, it is powerful and does an excellent job.

This is by far the BEST vacuum I have ever owned (and I have owned many different brands). The suction on this lightweight vacuum is incredible! My wall to wall carpeting fluffed up nicely and looks brand new. It even feels better to walk on. It's easy to clean the cup over the trash can. Only Shark vacuums for me from now on!

I have heard people rave about the Shark line of vacuums for some time. While visiting my son, who owns a German Shepherd Dog, (GSD=SHEDDING!) he found himself in need of a vacuum. We went to the store & I told him I had heard great things about the Shark. He had used a Dyson in a janitorial position he once had & was not impressed with them. We brought the Shark & took it home. WOW! I see why people rave about this machine....it is terrific! If you have dogs that shed....this is the vacuum to get & the price is much less than Dyson. I liked it so well, when they went on sale at Best Buy....I got one too! Only two things would I change, one - a longer electrical cord, & two - it needs about a 30" extension that you can insert for attachments to reach high places or the floor without stooping over. Other than that....this baby is perfect!

The Shark Navigator Lift Away deluxe upright vacuum is an excellent choice, great suction, light weight and easy to empty.

The suction on this vacuum is incredible! It picks up EVERYTHING!!

We did some research and also word of mouth, and this vacuum does not disappoint. It's as flexible as expected and the variable suction feature is a big selling point. We love the easy clean process and the lightweight aspect.

The vacuum is really great, the suction power is awesome. it works great on hardwood floors, but the rotating roller works wonders on the carpet. it has done really well for my pet's (cat) hair situation. The only issue I would say I have is the weight. It is a little on the heavier side, but the work it does is well worth the workout every time I clean.

Does a wonderful job on rugs and multiple types of floor surfaces. Like the attachments very much and have used to clean under furniture and in corners. The HEPA filter appears to do a good job and everything is easy to clean after use.
