I've had Roomba and cordless vacs for years, until I had to borrow this from the in-laws. It was amazing how much dirt it picked up...and I thought everything was clean before I started! Pros: Powerful vac, good value for the money, lift-away is nice for stairs Cons: Corded (slightly more inconvenient), accessories like to fall off of their storage mount when you use the wand All in all, I'd recommend the vac. I thought that the model I purchased had a powered upholstery attachment, but that was my mistake...works well anyway. I still like the cordless sticks for a quick run around, but I pull this one out for the thorough cleaning.

When we moved into our new home, we only had 2 rooms and a short hallway. We've had Shark vacuum clears for years, so buying a Shark was a given. I saw this one as a Deal of the Day, and ordered it. It is light and easy to handle, although the tilt steering takes a little getting used to. It does an excellent job on the carpets, and cleans up the cat hair in no time at all. The lightness is accomplished by a lot of plastic, so that may be a concern if you have a lot of carpets or rugs to clean. If that is the case, I'd strongly recommend moving up the Shark line. You will not regret it.

I am enjoying the use of my vacuum. Easy to use and dies a very good job. Was worth the price.

I am a clean freak and have a home with tile, carpet and wood floors including carpeted stairs- ugh a pain sometimes. My fiance is a cat lover and when I moved in, the kitty hair and difference in definition of "clean" was causing major tension. THE SHARK SAVED US :)) It certainly sucked! In a GOOD way! Every cat hair, piece of dust & dirt was captured :) it flowed between surface levels with ease ;) I love how light it is, how easily it is to empty and how effortless is to clip in and out when switching from upright vaccuming to the portable unit with attachments. We also like the sleek modern design. Thanks again Shark!

This vacuum is really good. The only problem is that it can be unsteady sometimes and the lightest touch can knock it over! Other than that, it does a great job with pet hair and on taller surfaces.

We are very happy with the new Shark Vacuum. It is easy to use. The option to change the suction of the vacuum is great for multi-surface flooring. It has really fluffed our carpet in high traffic areas.

This vacuum cleaner has great suction. I love it, cleans perfectly well on carpet and wooden floors really well. It has enough add-ons to reach hard to reach places. One problem though, its hard to clean the cleaner. Otherwise I'd have given 5 stars.

The weight is fine. It is very easy to use. It only has 2 extra attachments. I would've loved an attachment with brushes on it for dusting blinds, curtains, and upholstery. Besides that, I only wish it had a light on the front of it for dark areas. I use it for cleaning properties we prep for renting and commercial carpets after we work in the area.

After reviewing many other brands of vacuums. I finally choose this one and im so glad I did. Its very light weight and the suction is great. Very easy to assemble and clean. For this price range its a no brainer!

This is my second Shark vacuum cleaner. I love it for a lot of reasons: it has a detachable body, easy to roll while vacuuming, it's lightweight and best of all...the price is very reasonable!

I have owned the shark professional for three years and really liked it. I was in the market for a new vacuum for downstairs. I chose shark because it's been a great vacuum for us in previous years. Was cheaper in price compared to my previous model but performed very well.

This lightweight Shark vacuum is a perfect for my home. It excels on both carpet and bare floors, easily transitioning between surfaces. Its lightweight design makes cleaning a breeze, even in tight spots and up and down stairs. The easy-to-empty canister is helpful. The included accessories and attachments are good too.

This vacuum is incredible! It’s light weight and gets the job done. I love the tool for the stairs and the walls. I will definitely be getting more shark products.

The suctioning to this vacuum is just superb.Excellent for dusty carpets.

I love it . Suction is strong. The only thing i dont like is that the hose could be a little longer.

Very good pickup and the parts all come apart very easy use as wand or carry base around only problem I have with it is cord not long enough for me

If u live in a small apartment or house this would be great. My house is 2 story and it is a little heavy carrying it up and down the stairs (even with the detachable vacuum part). It is a little bulky so does take up space. It vacuum great though and haven't lost any suction yet.

Love the size and quietness of the vacuum. No bags to purchase just clean out cup after each use.

I did not realize how dirty my carpet was until I used this vacuum on my floors, I had been using the same vacuum for so many years and just replacing parts. Well the first night I emptied this little magical machine 3 times from going over my carpet in my livingroom. The carpet even feels cleaner (lots of stains from my dog though).
