I purchased this USB headset because I was just hired to work for a call center from home. This headset has very clear sound and easy to control volume. The ear pieces are adjustable vertically and the design allows the headset to expand horizontally without being too tight for too lose. This headset is comfortable and an excellent value.

It works great with my Dell laptop and the cord is long enough to maneuver around. The sound is very clear sound. The noise cancelling feature is great when I'm on a call with clients. I recommend this headset.

Decent pair of headphones with good quality mic. I use them for work and have not had any issues, for the price you can’t get much better.

This headset worked from the very start. You plug them in and they work. This is the third set I have purchased. My wife uses one I use one and the third got crushed in my work backpack, they still worked just couldn't stay on my head. Good quality for a decent price. Never fails like some of the Bluetooth and wireless ones and never need charging.

Great headset for the price. Sound quality is crystal clear and it’s comfortable for long duration. I use it for working remotely. Wish the headset had a softer cushion but overall it serves the purpose.

I love these so much this is my second pair. Thru no fault of the headset. The last pair sadly broke because the cord, which is longer, got sucked up by the roomba and that broke them. I remember to put the cord up now haha Great headset, great value - I was using a pair of Razer but I like these better.

USB headsets are a little harder to find then 3.5mm ones. Logitech is a reputable brand so I had confidence it would work as advertised. It exemplifies plug and play and how it should work for all windows products. The headphones are comfortable and I have no problems hearing or having the other person hear me on the other end.

works well the sound is very clear my only complaint is minor and that is the padding on the ears is stiff so you ears are a little sore after wearing for extended periods of time but i am hoping that will get better with time as the padding softens .

Simple and essential for working from home. I have a few of these as primary and backups for those of us working from home.

Overall this is a decent low cost USB Headset. It does an okay job of noise cancellation but the small headphones means you can easily hear whatever noise that the microphone is canceling. It does get loud so you can turn it up to drown out other noise but not my first option but for the cost it cannot be beat.

I have used many headsets. This headset caught my attention the last time I was in Best Buy. The Best Buy Associate highly recommended this to me. It is very comfortable. The sound quality is crystal clear and while making calls from my Softphone and Skype, call quality is amazing at the other end too. Highly recommend for a call center kind of environment.

I've ordered over 20 of there headsets for my office and I've never gotten a complaint. Their comfortable, have excellent sound and the mic sounds great. They're pretty durable as well. Great value

I bought this headset to use with my laptop for a video conference with my professor. I had been borrowing my Plantronics headset from work for this purpose, but forgot it on the evening of the conference, so I bought this one rather quickly to meet the need. The earphones and mic seem to work well and I haven't had any problems using it with a 7 year-old Dell laptop/Windows 7.

Best value for the money, clear volume and easy to operate.

Comfortable. Clear sound. Mic is so sensitive that the other party can also hear my background noise. I see that as a positive. Nice long cord allows you to stand and walk around a bit. Volume and mute buttons on cord. Buttons also simultaneously control computer volume buttons which is good. If I need more, I would buy these again.

Bought for my wife for work conference calls and it seems to serve the purpose well. Tried more expensive bluetooth phones and their lifespan has been short with frequent disconnects. These are lightweight, inexpensive, and pretty comfortable. Given that most of these types of phones will only last a year, the lower cost and solid performance of these make it an easier purchase on the wallet.

Got this for the WFH era so I didn't have to use my phone and airpods all the time. I'm in meetings all day so this came in very handy. The mic does an excellent job cancelling out my three boys in the background doing what three brothers do best..always causing a ruckus. No one can hear them on the other side so it works out great.

I got this for conferences on Microsoft team, so I didn't have to call in using my phone, works great, good sound, and I haven't had any complaints about people being able to hear me. it has a separate volume and mute button and that has been helpful. I've already talked to my boss about getting some for some of the other employee's.

I wanted headphones that have great sound quality for both my audience and me. This is it! I can hear other speakers clearly and my voice is clear, crisp, and absent of annoying static or breaks in transmission. I bought a second pair for a co-worker because he liked how clear my voice transmission was. Great product, great price!

My wife, a teacher that is currently teaching remotely from our home, liked her Logitech H390 headset so much that she purchased another one for our 8-year old son (who is attending 3rd grade from home right now), so that they could both teach and learn in the same room together, without interfering with either class. So far, so good!
