Thank you geek squad for being knowledgeable because the non-geek squad staff in my experience has not been very knowledgeable. Two out of 10 employees might have knowledge of things on the floor and can guide you to what you're looking for or tell you about what you're looking for without having to Google it.

I ended up having this item refunded. The product it came with arrived used. The other ones that I bought this for was also refunded. It's rediculos I bought three systems and still didn't get one that arrived the way I bought it. The system below was the used one I got when I bought it new. How do you make that kind of mistake? Not to mention they said I had to buy another. Is that a joke? Come on best buy it took you two weeks to get me a system like that? Hairy, grimy, smudgy, and dusty? Do better. Your customer service made me feel under valued as a customer. While your higher ups played me for a fool and canceled and auto returned and undermined your own customer services. Canceling the approved reorders. Auto returning my orders without approval. And refusing to refund me for things I never got? What is wrong with you? I feel cheated of my entire week I spent waiting. When I look at the date I realize it's been a little over week since the last talk with you. Several weeks since this started. I feel like I was robbed by this interaction. I wasn't compensated for this waste of time and money spent from your failures. Failures which apparently prevented you from deliver things I had bought for Christmas presents. I haven't bought a thing since this interaction. Why? Because after this mess one order became a group of failed multiple orders make me see you can't deliver. FedEx can't keep proper teach. Ups doesn't actually bring me the package I never saw them. Roadie took half my package and left the other outside to be stolen by someone and ruined in the snow and cold.

I bought an iPad Pro 12.9 Gen 6. The experience has been very good and the best thing is that along with the iPad I bought insurance which responded immediately when my iPad stopped working due to a manufacturing problem. I went to the store and they replaced it for me right away. I am really pleased with the experience with my iPad and the service.

I bought this Samsung Galaxy tablet for my autistic daughter. The size, graphics, speed, battery life, and overall value are great. It was easy to set-up and most importantly, she won't put it down!

Best Buy is the place to get any electronics, the insurance policy is always amazing & they don’t hassle you like other places where I’ve gotten insurance!
