Its good to have i always usually outlast the warranty but the peace of mind is good just by chance.

Good decision to have our micro-wave installed by th Geek Squad. Installation toon about one half hour and the installer gave us a good lesson on how to use the unit.

I am a believer in extended warranties because I've used them and found them to more than pay for themselves. Best Buy has the best warranty program by far. I buy stuff from Best Buy rather than other retailers specifically because of the Geek Squad Protection program.

I am so glad we bought this, 7 days into having his phone, our teenager dropped it out of his pocket, and destroyed the display. He took it back to the store, and they replaced it at no cost to him or us.

Best decision I’ve ever made is to purchase my phone through Best Buy rather than a carrier company. Geek squad not only has a better phone insurance but will give you your money back for the phone if they can’t find the exact same one you purchased.

Managed to get 1000 dollars for a phone on a trade in that everwhere else valued at 48 dollars. And 800 off of a 1800 dollar phone! Id do it all over again if i had to

They helped me set up my phone and recommended products to go with it that have been great so far. Very friendly service and knowledgeable.

I only had it for a month because I didn't want to chance something happening to my phone while the case I ordered online was coming. Turns out I didn't need it but it was worth the cost for peace of mind. It was super easy to cancel.

These are very smart people, as they have a grasp on most everything you need that is electronic. On the phone they answer your questions, however sometimes they can be hard to understand on the telephone, due to phone quality and background noise.

Geek squad is one of the best services you can get for most anything that you purchase from Best Buy! No matter where you take your tech, there is bound to be a Best Buy nearby As always there staff is quick to fix your issues and friendly as can be!

purchased galaxy phone on black friday 2018. good discount on phone and the sales persons were friendly and very much up to speed in guiding our purchase and answering questions. this influenced our geek squad enrollment w/o any pressuring from sales force.

When you purchase from one of the carrier stores you don't get the Geek Squad experience or the quality of care they offer. Great CSR.

A necessity if you are active. My Galaxy watch 3 developed some internal issue almost a year after I purchased it. Geek Squad refunded me the purchase price and coverage price and I purchased the Galaxy watch 4 with it.

The agents have been to my house and mounted 2 tv's 0n the wall and hooked them up for us. Also, we use their services a few times a year for our laptops. These folks are always so polite and professional any time we interact with them.

So far so good thank God I haven't needed to use it yet. I bought the protection because I have a tendency to damage my phones and their protection on it is better than if I would've bought it through my cell phone provider

SO having been under Verizons warranty plan whenever the phone broke or was damaged we had to wait for the replacement after filing the claim so on and so forth, meanwhile Best Buy Geek Squad has helped us almost on the spot. Happy we switched back.

Very handy to have for today's 2000 dollar smart phones, its a must have actually. Service is professional and fast, quality of work is really good. How ever if you do not have a Geek Squad plan and need to hire them. They are shockingly expensive

Other than the Fact that one should not be with an extended Warranty to provide peace of mind. This Product I have had to use many time (with different products), as the unexpected happens. The Service is Excellent & Professional.

I have never had to use this protection yet but have used other geek squad protection plans...with that said I would never purchase anything that is a high ticket item without! the plan is great and customer service is fantastic.
