Nice to have this protection. Reviews on it look great. Haven't had to use it yet because nothing is wrong with our hoverboard yet. But I do like that piece of mind if anything does happen to it, we will be covered

The 2 Year Accidental Deek Squad Protection plan for our phone is a great thing to have, We do not worry about something happening and we are without a phone.

I have had the agents come out just once and by informing them what the tv was doing they came prepared with what was needed to fix the problem.

I havent had to use this yet but im sure theor service is great if based off of install i had done on appliance.

Always get the geek squad. It makes returning a broken phone so eays and simple. Get it any time it is offered if you ask me. Always get the geek squad and forgo insurance through your carrier

I consistently get the Geek Squad protection plans, and have never been disappointed that I got it. I have used them more often than not. Worth the price.

This Geek Squad service is one of the best I had. I normally get my warranty through phone company but this was a much cheaper and deal. Less than 12 bucks a month.

I have had geek squad protection on all of my devices, including my computer. I have only had to use it a couple of times. My only complaint is that trying to get ahold of an actual person can be difficult

The agents went above and beyond when my phone overheated. They did everything to try to repair it, and when necessary completely replaced the phone with a new model.

They were very easy to deal with. The first month I had my phone the screen lost a few pixels. They exchanged it, no problem. Verizon service on the other hand sucks.

Never had to cash in on it, keep it for about a year until your deductible is balanced out on the monthly fee for the 2nd 12-months.
