I always get the Geek Squad protection on my electronics and my appliances. Sometimes I never need it - other times it's REALLY benefited. One of my Xbox Elite 2 controllers died about a week before the two year warranty expired. No controllers were available for take home or order at that time, so I got a full refund including the cost of the warranty. Similar issue with an HP laptop that kept having system board problems. Two times I had to send it in for repair, second time it came back and still had the same issue, so I simply got a full refund to apply to a new computer. Well worth it

This was such a wonderful surprise for my 7yr old granddaughter. The fire tablet is just right for a starter tablet. She's able to use it for school work and fun time and the added Amazon connection is a plus. I was able to download age appropriate apps for her and she loves it! Im in awe to how she easily and fast learned to manage this tablet

The Samsung - Galaxy Tab A7 Lite 8.7" 32GB - Wi-Fi - Dark Gray is awesome. I, my son, my daughter-in-law and my two grandchildren love our Tab A7 Lites, the perfect size to Browse, figure out 'Work Specs, play games, watch YouTube, or just read the latest news or to just read a book quietly. WE love our Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lites with the 8.7 Screen. The best thing about this Tablet is that it is easier to handle and is more discreet when used. People have appreciated our discretion when in a store or public transport, or in an office (some people find that larger tablets being used by close to them by uncaring individuals, very disturbing)..... Awesome Product. Thank you Samsung. Thank you for making such a great product. Oh wait.....WE keep hoping Samsung will come out with a 128gb A7 Lite on the 8.7" Screen....hint hint hint...

My son's computer was running extremely slow. I then took it to Geek Squad, in order to determine what the problem was. It turns out, that there was about 9 different trojan viruses that somehow made their way ont his computer. Within 15 minutes, Geek Squad had removed the viruses, and got the computer running as good as new! I definitely recommend bringing poorly running electronics such as: laptops, desktops, smart phones, televisions, and all other electronics that are performing poorly, or not at all, directly to the technicians at Geek Squad. You will not be disappointed.

Okay, okay, I know we're told that service protection plans are a waste of money, and for the most part I agree, but when I bought a Surface laptop about three years ago I decided to purchase a three year contract to protect it. And wouldn't you know, about three months before the contract ran out the camera on my laptop died. Best Buy gave me a full refund for my computer (on a BB gift card) and it paid for a brand new, better Surface laptop (it was on sale!). So I took out a three year contract on the new one. Expensive? Yes. But I tell you, when I walked out of the store with a new Surface that was purchased with that refund, I breathed a huge sigh of relief (and I had a smile on my face!). I would buy a service contract for a small electronic device I bought for $30 - $50, but on the more expensive items (think computers and TVs) I would recommend them, just for the peace of mind.

I think the protection plan from Geek Squad is really worth it for small electronics that have a higher risk of breaking. Bestbuy has always treated me right.
