Piece of mind you need. Don't just settle for manufacture warranty as it is doesn't cover everything and it is only a year. Had computer before which broke down just after a year after purchase. Geek squad totally worth it

I always get the best warranty available on any product and this takes the cake. They even logged in online to diagnose the issue. When they couldn't I brought my item back to the store for evaluation and a replacement.

Best Buy has the best insurance around that I have used. I've used it a number of times. There has been a few issues with them not fixing something and giving me my money back only to find I can't replace the item for the amount I got back but it was better then not getting anything.

This is, by far, the best support insurance anyone could have on an electronic device such as a computer. Hope nothing ever happens to the computer, but if it should it is covered for parts and repair.

I always buy the geek squad protection for any product I purchase. It is amazing. When I need to use it the work is done quickly. If they can fix it, it gets fixed. If not then it gets replaced.

I always put warranties on my electronics did I expect to last a long time. Because if they don't, at least I will have help to help them last. I'm not gentle on electronics and neither are my children!

The geek squad team has been worth it so far. Excellent communication and they took care of all issues. Maybe not necessary for smaller ticket items but would recommend for large ticket purchases.

I am always turning down protection plans, but I am so happy I got one this time around. It seems a bit pricey, but it is worth it in the end if you get stuck with a lemon of an item.

Buy this service! It is worth it as they install any hardware upgrades when you make your purchase and also will do remote work on your computer without having to leave the house if there is an issue!

I've had to use my extended warranty in the past a couple of times without issue, on 2 prior computers. Hopefully will not be needed this time around. It saved us $$$ in the past.

Added geek squad protection for my Samsung wide screen. Remote sensor in tv went out. Geek Squad gave excellent service, took TV down, replaced sensor, & reinstalled. Works perfectly again.

It seems like there are times when I have to use Geeksquad way too much. They are always courteous and helpful and it is such a relief knowing I have somewhere to turn.

We all have computer issues from time to time. Sometimes it's a simple fix but sometimes there is no fix. With that in mind it's good to have coverage for your delicate equipment.

I can do some things on transferring to a new computer but purchasing right before Christmas, it was a lifesaver to have them do this work for me. I will definitely use them again.

I have not needed the service yet (Knock on wood) however I am positive that I will be taken care of without any concerns, the staff at the store has been nothing but perfect thus far.
