    Luckily we havent had to use the insurance yet, but main reason i bought is it covers even the battery charge port.

    I was denied a replacement power supply that was beginning to fail because as I was told "it is not part of the Surface Pro that I bought". I still dont understand that.

    Best Buy warranty protection is the best, I have only had to use it once but the staff made it very easy for me
