    Purchased the warranty since this tablet was for our 15 year old son. It is a bit difficult to get a new one since it has to be shipped off. We had to wait till summer break since he had to have a computer at school everyday

    Being able to have protection on an item is great when kids are using it. It is too bad that if the item is not repairable that you have to buy a new warranty
