    Well it took forever to get but i finally got the right one..the person who helped my husband made him feel like a true customer, cause before that they given him a hard time

    Process for warranty is decently smooth, inspection process is slightly slower than i thought it would be but not bad overall.

    Always buy coverage for computer/tablets. Then you changed your protection plans. In 2 months I bought 4 separate plans that should've been covered under 2. Your employees are great but are forced to follow your corporate guidelines and I feel those aren't always in the customers best interest. Need work in this area.
