My brand new computer worked great until the warranty was up and just a month later my computer stopped charging completely. So I guess the 1yr protection plan wasn’t much help to me.

This Tablet was a let down because of its extremely low processing. I should of checked the numbers before jumping at the price. A Gift Card of PATIENCE should come with this Tablet.

Doesn't cove software issues such as it not finishing updates. needing to uninstall and reinstall operating system to fix.

I thought I bought the insurance for my nephews devices but Best Buy geek squad could not find it at the time I needed it.
I do not plan to purchase expensive devices with this insurance anymore.
I believe Costco and Sams Club has a way better return policy. I cannot speak on their third party insurance companies because I have not had problems with either one yet.
I am having a problem with Amazon third party with a metal bed frame though.

GARBAGE
It WOULDNT CONNECT to the internet
i got an error right out of the box i couldnt fix with having to set up the tablet
MANY other errors along the way
when i tried to call in store geek squad i got a busy signal same with contacting the store i bought this PIECE OF GARBAGE from

I purchased a tablet without seeing it in person, then returned it the next day, but apparently i am still being charged $10 for the service agreement.

I found this to be too expensive since the manufacturer's warranty will take care of any problems during the first year when they would show up. This is not an accident coverage.

Coronavirus hit and now you can not use this protection plan $109.99 in any fashion; not by phone; by online chat or in person! Only answer is reach out to the manufacture which was 1 yr and that has passed already but this protection has not expired that purchased at Best Buy! I think purchasing extended warranty from the manufacture is better! Just get rid of Geek Squad!

The person I bought it for I gave it to them for Christmas for a present the laptop this service was added on to it I didn't know we were never let know by email that it was about to expire the laptop we bought and put it on has never work since we used it once Christmas week picked it up a year later we've never been able to get it to work since person I gave it to was sick I called Geek Squad tried to get it fixed are like tough tell if you missed out nothing you can do
I looked it up apparently it's a common battery issue with this machine it's the Surface Pro 4 so yeah no sympathy with those guys
