My kiddo loves it. The screen is pretty dim. But he doesn't seem to mind it.

My expectatipns were surpassed with the Samsung note & S pen I had read good reviews, also being that I like to both write stories and also create the illiastrations also for them this is a great way to cover my bases in these areas.

This is a must for any electronic you purchase any more especially if you are accident prone. Or if me you have two active young boys that are hard on everything.

Im glad it has 1 yr accidental geek squad protection because its for my kids. At the moment I havent use yet. But im glad it comes available with my kids tablets.

I've never had to use the service, but its a nice addition to any high dollar electronic you may purchase. Nothing worse than something crapping out on u with no warranty.

I bought warranty but I need to pay to replace my brand new tablet that didn’t work.

It was a nightmare to deal with Geek Squad over the freezer I purchased. I got the runaround. I spoke with countless people on getting the freezer repaired/junked. In-store employees were a nightmare. Customers do NOT come first. I want to know how it is that GS doesn't make service calls on smaller freezers. It's not like one can easily pack up a freezer to take into the store for repair/junking. It's rather a safety hazzard to everyone involved. I would recommend GS for other things - but they fail with medium size appliances.

This is excellent! They really do what they say and are thorough with what they do. They take the time to explain everything and they don't leave you wondering.

I haven't had to use my geek squad yet so I don't have much to add besides the fact that it gives a great warranty and provides peace of mind that my surface pro 7 is covered.

I purchased the 2 year plan and it gives me real peace of mind because it covers everything. Geek Squad has already been very helpful in helping get everything set up on my tablet. I love it. It even covers me if I drop it or something.

I purchased my first Geek Squad protection plan quite a few years ago when I bought a laptop... I have renewed my support plan ever since. The support and service, in store and otherwise, is unmatchable. This one was for my grandson.

Always gotta protect your stuff! Things just seem to happen with tech equipment. So save from accidents. I am clumsy and you could drop it or spill something on the Item.

Its a must buy for whenever you're purchasing something that's expensive from Best buy. They will replace, repair, or give you cash via gift card when your item breaks.
