Havent had to use them yet and idk if that due to their end or not but i call that a win in my book

I took my tablet in for a no charging issue. Geek squad explained the whole process of sending it in and getting it repaired. The process was easy and was given a link to track progress.

The two year protection really helped out with my child’s tablet when he accidentally broke it. It got repaired to be as good as new.

It's a great little tablet while not little it's almost 15 in pretty heavy if you're trying to read it like a newspaper

My kiddos broke our tablet so I am so happy we purchased the 2 year geek squad protection. They were able to swap it out, but we are still waiting on the tablet via mail since they were out of stock in store.
