worst computer purchase i ever made
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i bought this laptop towards the end of November 2017 and from the beginning it has restarted at random times (mostly when i'm using chrome but sometimes when I'm not even connected to the internet at all so just using another browser wasn't an option) ... I have spent over 50 hours on the phone with HP service who keeps running the same diagnostic tests over and over, have also sent it back to HP for 2.5 weeks - they replaced the harddrive - still restarting randomly...it is now mid February and I have to buy a new laptop because this thing isn't much more than an untrustworthy paperweight...never mind the money i spent on software purchased for it and gigs lost because it didn't work!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this because Best Buys website claimed that it had a back lit keyboard. IT DOES NOT. If one of the reasons your looking at this computer is for that feature then pass on it.
